Ruediger Fromm has held various management positions in heavy haulage and project logistics. Before joining Siemens AG in 2008, he was managing director of Felbermayr Deutschland GmbH. At Siemens, he was responsible for project logistics in the Power Generation, Wind Power and Energy Mangement Divisions. Since April 2019, he is responsible for global project logistics in newly formed Business Unit EPC Projects which combines Transmission Solutions and Power and Gas Solutions within Operating Company Gas and Power.

Richard Jones has over 30 years of experience in the project logistics sector, having worked for FH Bertling between 1993 and 2005, before taking on senior roles at DHL Industrial Projects and Röhlig. He recently returned to Bertling Logistics as global sales manager. A member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers, Richard Jones holds an MBA in Shipping and Logistics from the Copenhagen Business School.

Denis Kanataev has held a position of Commercial Director of FESCO Transportation Group since October 2019. He is responsible for group commercial activities, project logistics and new business development, key accounts management and global marketing. He has over 14 years eхperience in logistics since joined FESCO in 2006. FESCO is the leading public transportation and logistics company in Russia with operations in ports, rail, integrated logistics and shipping business.

Tim Killen has over 25 years of experience working in the logistics and construction fields on major capital projects. As a member of the Executive Board of the deugro group, he has the proven ability to create strategic partnerships, supporting collaboration and innovation across the entire supply chain. He is adept at identifying and supporting clients and their vendors in the creation of new ways of logistics cooperation to deliver tangible success within their global organizations. Tim Killen is responsible for engaging with the deugro group’s strategic global clients and partners, successfully providing client-focused solutions and innovation, including logistics management consultancy services and end-to-end project logistics execution. One recent logistics initiative included working with a global energy manufacturer to design, create and operate their new logistics control tower—all with the aim of providing the client’s global organization with end-to-end logistics management services, operational assurance and cost saving initiatives for their project logistics activities.

Ton Klijn has been active in the Heavy Lift and transport industry since 1977. He started at the Dutch heavy lift company Mammoet and worked both in Europe and the Middle East until he became Director Mammoet Europe in 1997. Since 2003 Klijn has been managing director of Wagenborg Nedlift, a Dutch heavy lift and transport company and subsidiary of the Royal Wagenborg Group. Wagenborg operates on a worldwide scale, but predominantly in Europe. Next to his work at Wagenborg he was also active in various employers’ associations, being a board member of the Dutch VVT, and as secretary of ESTA (the European Association for Cranes and Abnormal Transport). He also holds the chair of the supervisory board of Aboma, a Dutch company which is active in the field of Safety on worksites, Certification and Crane inspections. Since August 2017 Klijn has stepped down as director of Wagenborg Nedlift and taken up the post of ESTA director.

Anders Maul is Blue Water Shipping’s European Regional Manager for Oil, Gas & Industrial Projects based at the company’s HQ. Being a multi-task specialist with more than 15 years of experience in all aspects of the shipping and logistics industry, Anders has focus on EPCs, infrastructure and oil majors. Over the years, he has occupied various senior positions and developed planning and project management skills and expertise in execution of large and complex capital projects. Anders’ other business experience includes consultancy services, providing great understanding of and insight into the complex logistics tasks of the EPCs and Oil & Gas companies.

Dennis serves shippers, logistics service providers, and other related entities by creating opportunities for cost reduction, risk mitigation, and producing positive outcomes in global logistics management. Dennis has served his entire career in the Supply Chain and Global Logistics discipline. He recently retired from Bechtel Corporation where he led Bechtel’s global logistics function and in-house vessel chartering group. His professional career in global logistics and supply chain management includes managing mega-project logistics, marine shipping operations, export packing services, and manufacturing and trading operations. He earned a Business Logistics degree from Penn State University, in addition to completing various university executive programs and professional certifications over his career. He participates in several Supply Chain and Logistics industry organizations and activities including ECMC, ITMA, Breakbulk Magazine, The Journal of Commerce, HLPFI, and the University of Houston Supply Chain Logistics Technology Advisory Board.

Susan Oatway joined Drewry in 1997 after spending eight years in senior planning and commercial roles with P&O Bulk Shipping. With Drewry she has extensive experience of working for customers in the shipping and maritime fields, including shipping companies, financial institutions and other institutional clients or advisors. This work covers a wide spectrum including market studies, valuations and strategic planning. She is the Editor of Drewry’s Multipurpose Forecaster and Annual Review. Susan holds a BSc in Combined Sciences and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers. She is the current Chairman at the ICS (first woman in its 109 years) and regularly lectures on Dry Cargo Chartering to students wishing to take the Institute’s qualifying exams.

Kyriacos Panayides serves the Shipping Industry for 28 years, following his graduation with a degree in Business Administration, a post-graduate degree in Shipping studies and thereafter becoming a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers. Described as an advocate of growth, he combines an extensive experience in management and projects involved in a variety of Shipping segments, namely, shipowning, shipmanagement, tanker operations, Multi-purpose & Heavy Lift, Container Feeder operations, and Shipping Agencies. Since 2015, he is Managing Director of AAL Shipping; within short period of time, the company was rebranded and converted from a regional operator to a global leading multi-purpose and heavy lift carrier, ranking amongst the top five companies by size, but with an outstanding reputation on service quality and track record. Kyriacos holds a seat in the Board of numerous other Shipping companies, and had throughout the years an active participation in numerous social, sports and professional bodies.

Mikhail Reshetkov is a Russian entrepreneur, CEO of RTL. Starting from student years he connected his activities with logistics industry. In 2006 he established his own company "RTL" focusing on the door-to-door delivery of project and oversized cargo. Nowadays RTL is a Group of Companies that can provide a full range of logistics services including customs operations. Mikhail Reshetkov not only manages and develops his own Company, but also takes an active social position in the development of the project logistics market. Special attention is paid to young personnel who seek to work in the field of logistics and customs.

Joerg Roehl has been Chief Executive Officer Europe for the Trans Global Projects Group (TGP) since April 2017. Joerg has a proven executive management track record and brings more than 25 years of experience in the shipping and logistics industry. Throughout his career, he has held various leadership roles at multiple international forwarding and shipping companies, including Kuehne & Nagel and the Bolloré Group in Singapore as well as Agility Logistics in Basel. Prior to joining TGP, Joerg was Group Managing Director and Global COO for Hansa Heavy Lift in Hamburg and Singapore. Since becoming a part of TGP in 2017, Joerg has led the company’s growth strategy and has helped drive TGP’s expansion across the world. At the same time, he has served as CEO of Natco AG, a subsidiary of TGP, further strengthening the TGP Group’s presence in the global transport and logistics industry.


Hendrik Sarens is an owner and director at crane and engineered transport giant Sarens, with over 45 years’ experience at the family-run company. He joined Sarens in 1973 as one of the third generation of the family to run the business. His roles at the company have encompassed human resources, sales and heavy lift operations, and currently he has a global advisory role in sales.

Since Sarah’s appointment to Modulift in 2008 she has worked closely with the in-house engineering team identifying the need for specialist high QA levels of design and manufacture for industry around the world. Ultimately this has developed Modulift from spreader beam manufacturer, to specialist lifting equipment engineering company - custom design and manufacturing projects now forming a large part of their arsenal. With safety in the lifting equipment industry a prominent concern around the world, Modulift continue to be at the forefront of quality assured lifting equipment, setting the engineering standard for excellence. Under Sarah's direction as an Ambassador for quality and safety, Modulift achieved DNV design certification in 2012, making them the only spreader beam manufacturer to be accredited to such a high level for their standard off-the-shelf range of products at that time. In an industry where quality and best practice are paramount, the company has also invested heavily in its Business Management systems and holds ISO 9001 as well as OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001. As part of the ongoing drive towards continued development, Sarah embarked on the Certificate in Company Direction with the IOD in 2016 followed by the Diploma to ensure she was well equipped to direct the growing business and manage its continued success. A Business Studies graduate, Sarah previously specialised as a Marketing Consultant working for numerous high profile Business-to-Business companies throughout the UK; growing their individual brands and turnover.

Skilled and experienced in sales and operations management of complex projects globally so as International business and strategic development. After graduation in Austria (business admin), followed by several years experience in project forwarding at Schenker Italy and other local forwarders, then further developing skills at overseas sites coordinating multinational projects (i.e. in Former East Germany, Marocco, Hongkong and others, he joined the Fagioli Group in 1985 as Business Development Manager. During the 33 years of service with the Group, he acquired and overlooked management of many international complex Heavy Transport/Lifting and Forwarding projects globally. He built up the international Group's network of clients, and was responsible to set up alliances and JV's with business partners internationally as Group's Corporate Global Strategic Director. Throughout the years he initiated and managed all Group presences globally including in the US, Canada, Germany, Poland, UK, UAE, Iran, India, South Korea, Singapore, and others, creating successfully the base of the Company's global network. Executive Director and Member of the Board at Fagioli Corporate global HQ from 2008 to 2018. After leaving Fagioli Group at the end of 2018, he operates today as independent professional Consultant out of Milan, through his own advisory firm, RTC.

Project Logistics Director

Marat Yarullin has been working for FESCO since 2016. He is responsible for the project logistics management, sales and implementation of transport and logistics projects of the cargo transportation, development of new business project activities. Areas of his activity are Russia, CIS countries, Asia and Europe. He has over 10 year experience in managing industrial and logistics projects.
